LiHua Lighting is a source factory in Guangdong, China, that designs, produces and sells its own products since 2012. Custom work is our core business: we build energy storage batteries, all-in-one ESS, portable power stations, e-bike/e-tricycle batteries, LED lighting, solar street lights, LED displays, solar panels and poles under your brand and to your requirements.

LiFePO4 cells and in-house battery pack assembly
- Cells: grade A lithium iron phosphate (LFP / LiFePO4) cells, sourced from tier-1 manufacturers such as CATL, EVE, Sunwoda, CALB and Ganfeng.
- Cycle life: 6000 cycles, tested under industry standard conditions. Where a model’s datasheet states a different figure, the datasheet applies.
- Pack assembly: LiFePO4 battery packs are assembled in-house by LiHua Lighting.
- Cell matching: every pack uses cells from one manufacturer, batch and production date. Before grouping, cells are sorted on capacity (difference typically controlled within 1% or 3mAh), AC internal resistance (milliohm-level differences) and settled open-circuit voltage (generally below 5mV). How we build and test our packs.
- Matched BMS: each custom pack gets a BMS chosen for its application, with overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, temperature monitoring, cell balancing and charging management depending on the use case.
- Inverter compatibility: our energy storage batteries are compatible with mainstream inverter brands on the market. Tell us your inverter model and we will confirm.

Our OEM/ODM process in 6 steps
- Inquiry. Tell us the product, quantity, target market and any drawings or reference samples. Send it to sales@mileds.com or through the contact form.
- Solution & quotation. Our engineers propose a configuration (capacity/voltage, wattage, housing, branding) and we send a quotation with lead time and payment terms.
- Sample. We build a sample for your approval. For energy storage batteries and portable power stations, samples take 15–20 days.
- Mass production. After the sample is approved and the deposit is received, the order goes into production in our own factory.
- Quality control. Each order is inspected and tested before it leaves the factory.
- Shipping. The balance is paid before shipment, then the goods are packed in your branded packaging and dispatched. Talk to our sales team about delivery terms.
