LiHua Lighting FAQ: OEM Batteries, Energy Storage & LED Lighting

Our MOQ is 200 pcs, both for energy storage products and for lighting products. Please talk to our sales team about your planned quantities.

For energy storage batteries and portable power stations we take a 50%–70% deposit. For lighting products the deposit is 30%. In both cases the balance is paid before shipment. For accepted payment methods, contact our sales team.

Energy storage batteries and portable power stations: 30 working days. Lighting products: 12–27 working days, depending on the model. Your quotation states the confirmed lead time.

We are a source factory, founded in 2012. Design, production and sales are all done by LiHua Lighting, with two factories in Guangdong, China: the Jiangmen Factory (energy storage and lighting) and the Shenzhen Factory (custom LED displays).

Yes. Custom products are our core business. We can apply your logo and make custom packaging and user manuals for private-label orders.

Yes. Tell us what you need and our engineers propose a solution. A sample is built for your approval before mass production starts.

Energy storage batteries and all-in-one ESS: 3–5 years. Portable power stations: standard warranty 1–2 years, extendable to 3–5 years for customized orders. Warranty applies when the product is used in accordance with the user manual. Lighting products: 2 years. Solar panels: 5 years. Solar inverters: 1 year. LED displays: 2 years. The warranty for each model is confirmed in your quotation.

Certifications can be obtained on request to match the requirements of your target market. Please list the certifications you need in your inquiry so we can check them for your order.

Battery packs are assembled in our own factory, and every order passes a quality-control and testing stage before shipment.

We use grade A lithium iron phosphate (LFP / LiFePO4) cells, sourced from tier-1 manufacturers such as CATL, EVE, Sunwoda, CALB and Ganfeng.

6000 cycles, tested under industry standard conditions. Some model datasheets state their own figure, and in that case the datasheet applies.

Yes. LiHua Lighting assembles its LiFePO4 battery packs in-house.

Our energy storage batteries are compatible with mainstream inverter brands on the market. Send us your inverter brand and model and we will confirm compatibility.

LED Lighting (including flood lights, high bay lights and street light heads), solar street and flood lights, solar panels and poles. All can be customized.

Yes. For energy storage batteries and portable power stations, samples take 15–20 days. For lighting samples, sample costs and timing, please contact our sales team.
